HA Design Studio
Ha Design Studio is a boutique design studio founded by UK-qualified architect Michael Ha in the summer of 2024. Based in Espoo, just west of Helsinki, the studio offers a range of architectural and interior design services.
Michael’s freelance model allows him to work flexibly across various project types, with a focus on residential interiors, commercial fit-outs, and remote architectural consulting for UK-based firms. In addition, he provides 3D visualization services to support design presentations and development.
Michael is dedicated to creating thoughtful, functional spaces that reflect each client’s unique needs. His approach emphasizes collaboration, ensuring that every project is tailored to deliver exceptional value and a personalized experience.

Before starting his own studio, Michael Ha gained valuable experience at leading AJ100 practices, including Allies + Morrison and T P Bennett, where he contributed to projects across various sectors, with a strong focus on residential developments for major UK developers.
Michael holds both a Bachelor's and a Postgraduate degree in Architecture from Kingston University, and has been an ARB-registered architect since completing his Part III qualifications at Westminster University in 2018.
